Just visit onwordstories.com and click “Get Started.” You’ll be guided through a quick setup to create your account and choose a plan.

Yes! A single parent account can support multiple child profiles, each with their own personalized reading journey.

At this time, we do not offer a free trial. However, you can explore sample stories and features on our website to get a feel for how OnWord works before subscribing.

Go to Settings, then Account Settings, and click “Take me to the billing portal.” From there, follow the steps to make your desired changes, including changing or canceling your subscription.

We want you to feel confident about your subscription. OnWord offers a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you’re not satisfied. To keep things fair, refunds are available as long as no more than 5 stories have been read or completed during that period. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and continue using OnWord until the end of your current billing cycle.

OnWord works on most modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and devices including desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and Android tablets.
